Spring 2026 Wealth Operations Internship

About the role

Crewe Advisors is seeking a detail‑oriented Wealth Operations intern for the Spring 2026 semester. The intern will support day‑to‑day operational tasks, gain exposure to process improvement, and work on a 7‑week capstone project that delivers tangible impact.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with record keeping, client onboarding/offboarding, quarterly client audits, and vendor management.
• Generate reports and update information in Tamarac trading and performance reporting software.
• Perform administrative duties such as inbox management, social media archiving, and filing.
• Identify efficiencies in existing processes and support internal projects for Operations and Investment Operations teams.
• Develop and execute a 7‑week capstone project based on firm needs.

Required profile

• Junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, proficient with Outlook and Teams.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Commitment to on‑site work for the full internship duration.

Required skills

• Excel and financial modeling.
• Data analytics or visualization tools.
• Experience with CRM or task/project management platforms.
• Familiarity with Tamarac software.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Teams.
