About the role

The Weekend Social Worker Licensed provides essential social work services to individuals and families in Columbus, Georgia during weekend hours, focusing on crisis intervention, assessment, and resource connection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and de‑escalation services for acute distress.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans aligned with client needs.
• Facilitate referrals to community agencies, healthcare providers, and mental‑health services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and agency regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical staff and law enforcement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia LCSW or LMSW licensure.
