About the role
Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a full-time Warehouse Supervisor in Irving, Texas. The supervisor directs, coordinates and evaluates the warehouse, ensuring that policies and procedures for picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory management are carried out correctly.
Key responsibilities
- Train and evaluate warehouse staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile floor counts and shipments.
- Schedule and manage team members within labor and budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with company safety codes and OSHA and FDA standards.
- Make sure equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and fleet trucks is properly maintained and inspected.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
- 2 years of experience analyzing process data, identifying improvements and recommending changes.
