Warehouse Staff

About the role

AMAX is hiring a full-time Warehouse Staff member in Fremont to support its warehouse and logistics operations. The role covers inbound and outbound shipments, order verification, inventory management, picking and packing, and supporting the logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, verify orders, manage inventory and storage locations, pick goods accurately and on time, and handle packaging and labeling
• Process system transactions for production and Return to Vendor (RTV) orders
• Support monthly and annual physical inventory counts
• Place parts and goods in designated locations using manual pallet jacks or similar equipment
• Maintain a clean workspace through daily cleaning
• Dismantle, discard or recycle materials in line with regulations and customer requirements
• Learn to operate equipment safely as needed and assist with receiving and delivering goods
• Help other departments during idle time

Required profile

• Familiarity with basic computer operations
• Able to lift and carry loads of 40 to 60 lbs independently
• Good communication, teamwork and time management skills
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and support other teams

Required skills

• Forklift operation and warehouse experience preferred
