Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator supports the delivery of home infusion supplies by managing patient orders, inventory, and shipping logistics. This position works closely with clinicians, nurses, and pharmacists to ensure patients receive the right products on time.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients to determine supply needs and document requirements.
• Generate patient orders in the internal system and coordinate shipping schedules.
• Communicate with nurses and pharmacists to confirm product availability and delivery.
• Purchase inventory items following established procedures and source cost‑effective products.
• Control freight costs and manage equipment rentals.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, resolve discrepancies, and participate in physical counts.
• Implement inventory control measures and set minimum order quantities.
• Monitor equipment tracking, maintenance, and ensure confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Assist with medication‑related incident reporting and complete QAR forms.
• Provide on‑call support as needed and perform additional duties assigned by the General Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with patients, clinicians, and internal teams.
