Demand Planner

About the role

KREWE is seeking a Demand Planner to lead enterprise demand and inventory planning across Retail, E‑commerce and Wholesale. The role will drive forecast accuracy, inventory productivity and cross‑functional alignment to support scalable growth. Based in New Orleans, the position works on‑site five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Partner on open‑to‑buy (OTB) across all channels, managing weeks of supply, inventory turn, ATS, receipt flow and inventory investment against sales and financial targets.
• Translate demand signals and in‑season performance into actionable inventory plans, allocation, replenishment and receipt recommendations.
• Create and manage top‑down and bottom‑up finished‑goods forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial plans and inventory needs.
• Own forecast accuracy, regularly analyzing variance, identifying drivers of error and improving forecasting methodology.
• Partner on monthly SKU‑level demand forecasts, incorporating selling trends, product lifecycle, channel needs, inventory position and business initiatives.
• Participate in monthly S&OP and hindsight processes, providing inventory and demand analysis to align Planning, Manufacturing, Operations and Finance.
• Lead forecasting and analysis for new product introductions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading demand and inventory planning at an enterprise level.
• Ability to work across Retail, E‑commerce and Wholesale channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
• Experience collaborating with finance, operations, manufacturing and sales teams.
