Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join Mondelēz International/NABISCO as a Warehouse Associate at the Gonzales distribution center. You will support the daily flow of snacks and confectionery products, ensuring that shipments are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks, verify contents, and record deliveries.
• Put away products, maintain accurate inventory counts, and perform stock counting.
• Pick orders, palletize items, and load outbound trucks.
• Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and follow all warehouse procedures.
• Identify and report defective items, and assist with returns.

Required profile

• Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for access to a military base facility).
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, lift up to 50 lb (25 kg), and work in varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to follow schedules and adapt to customer demand.
• Willingness to obtain any necessary equipment licenses.

Required skills

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System, specifically SAP EWM.
• Forklift operation (or ability to obtain certification).
• Pallet jack operation.
