Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our full‑time permanent team. You will be responsible for handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe work areas, and supporting our recycling operations across multiple facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport full corrugated cardboard gondolas to packers or compactors in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Keep the surroundings of all gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness around trash container zones to ensure clear transit pathways.
• Maintain safe “Green Mile” walkways by removing obstacles at all times.
• Organize and tidy drill/packer/compactor areas to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and move gondolas weighing up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above head level.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret basic workplace documents and safety standards.
