VP/Director of Finance (Regional Commercial Finance Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic finance leader to act as a key business partner for regional leadership. The role combines financial leadership, operational partnership, forecasting, and process improvement, influencing decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Directors to support operational and strategic objectives, providing financial and commercial guidance.
• Lead bi‑weekly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long‑range strategic plans.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support planning and decision‑making.
• Analyze operating results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and report weekly and monthly key performance metrics, monitor working capital, profitability, and operational performance.
• Coordinate forecasting, planning, and performance review processes across multiple regions.
• Oversee capital expenditure planning, review Capital Appropriation Requests, and lead Capital Steering Committee meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and operational acumen.
• Effective business partner capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Results‑driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
