VP of Sales – Aseptic Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

Steuben Foods is seeking a highly connected senior sales executive to lead direct, relationship‑driven sales in the low‑acid aseptic beverage sector. This individual contributor role focuses on hunting new business, expanding existing accounts, and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new co‑manufacturing and private‑label accounts across CPG, health & wellness, and branded food & beverage categories.
• Leverage an active network of decision‑makers to accelerate pipeline movement and secure supply agreements.
• Manage a personal book of prospects from initial contact through signed contracts, including regular travel to customer sites and industry events.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships with brand owners, procurement leaders, and innovation teams, expanding accounts into new product lines or volumes.
• Develop compelling proposals, negotiate terms with operations and finance, and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding teams.
• Track pipeline metrics, report forecasted revenue, and keep accurate deal records.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in food & beverage manufacturing, co‑packing, or CPG.
• Established, active network of CPG brand and ingredient buyers.
• Proven record of closing large, complex supply or co‑manufacturing contracts.
• Deep understanding of co‑packing economics, supply‑chain dynamics, and customer evaluation criteria.
