VP of Ecosystem and Product Partnerships

About the role

zerohash is seeking a Vice President to define and execute its ecosystem and product partnership strategy. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will shape the company’s view of on‑chain infrastructure and turn that vision into high‑impact collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and defend zerohash’s ecosystem thesis, identifying priority chains, tokens, standards, and infrastructure layers.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of new chain, token, and strategic product partnerships from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Design and close multi‑party commercial frameworks, including incentive programs, milestone structures, and co‑marketing commitments.
• Maintain a pipeline of ecosystem opportunities aligned with the product roadmap and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with blockchain foundations, token issuers, and infrastructure partners to shape joint product strategies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to scope, prioritize, and ensure delivery of ecosystem integrations.
• Represent zerohash publicly as a thought leader on on‑chain infrastructure at conferences, panels, and industry working groups.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development or partnerships within the blockchain or crypto ecosystem.
• Ability to converse fluently with protocol founders and institutional leaders, translating technical concepts into business value.
• Strong credibility with both protocol‑side and institution‑side stakeholders from day one.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of closing complex, multi‑party agreements.
