About the role

The VP Global Enablement, Experience & Operations leads the strategy and roadmap for Mastercard's Global Benefits Platform, ensuring seamless delivery of consumer benefits and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the transformation strategy for Cardholder Services CoE global enablement, experience and operations.
• Build and maintain a world‑class operating model that scales across B2B2C and B2C ecosystems.
• Develop a consumer experience strategy, mapping journeys and establishing performance metrics.
• Design and deploy a best‑in‑class implementation and operations framework with clear SLAs.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with product, technology, delivery, sales, partners and customer care teams.

Required profile

• Proven transformation and change leadership capability.
• Strong people‑leadership experience with a track record of attracting and developing talent.
• Extensive experience delivering consumer‑led experience innovation and digital transformation.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in customer/consumer experience transformation.

Required skills

• Partner management and negotiation.
• Commercial management and budget oversight.
• Ability to work closely with technology and engineering teams on digital solutions.
