About the role
Join Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program 2027 as a Program Management Analyst I. You will work within the Business & Market Insights (B&MI) team, helping to drive execution excellence across a portfolio of technology initiatives. The role offers exposure to cross‑functional collaboration, strategic governance, and data‑driven decision making while building a solid commercial mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Drive governance, portfolio management, and program reporting standards across multiple initiatives.
- Provide visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and key performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards, executive communications, and reporting that support leadership decision‑making.
- Facilitate cross‑functional alignment and accountability across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
- Identify execution risks and process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance reviews.
