Virtual Sales Manager - Entry-Level Manager

About the role

The Fisher Organization represents the New England division of American Income Life, a provider of supplemental benefits for union, credit union and association members. It is looking for a driven, coachable person to join its leadership development track as an Entry-Level Manager. This is a fully remote, contract-based position where you lead and mentor agents, optimize their performance and progress toward senior leadership roles.

Required profile

• Strong leadership potential with natural team-building instincts
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities, especially via virtual platforms such as Zoom
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-improvement strategies
• Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
• A background in sales, customer service or leadership is advantageous
• A degree is welcome but not required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Digital communication tools
