A fast-growing organization is expanding and hiring a remote Business Development Associate in the U.S. The role helps families understand and access valuable benefits while building leadership and communication skills. No prior experience is required; full training, mentorship and a clear path to leadership are provided.
Key responsibilities
- Meet clients virtually to review and explain benefits
- Help families access no-cost and supplemental programs
- Build relationships and provide ongoing client support
- Schedule and manage appointments
Required profile

- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and motivated, with a positive attitude and work ethic
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Leadership-minded, or open to growing into leadership
