Vice President, Wealth Education Program
Macquarie Group · New York
Job description
About the role
Macquarie Asset Management's Global Wealth Marketing team has a newly created role focused on building and leading a global wealth education strategy, initially supporting infrastructure private funds and expanding into other alternative investment topics. Reporting to the Head of Global Wealth Marketing, you will help define the strategy, roadmap and success measures of the program and build the function from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a library of educational content: videos, presentations, articles, e-learning modules, training materials and advisor playbooks tailored to knowledge levels and firm needs.
- Work with distribution, investment, product marketing, thought leadership, legal, risk and compliance teams to turn complex investment concepts into clear materials that support advisor adoption, client conversations and capital-raising.
- Manage the education platform, content calendar, user experience and engagement reporting.
- Support webinars, workshops, conferences, roadshows and other educational programs.
- As the function grows, contribute to its business case, budget and operating structure, and hire and lead an initial direct report.
Required profile
- At least 10 years of experience in wealth or advisor education, practice management, sales enablement, product marketing or investment content within an asset management or wealth management organisation.
- Strong knowledge of the global Wealth channel, including advisor needs, platform due diligence and how advisors adopt new products.
- Knowledge of alternative investments, especially infrastructure private funds, including fund structures, illiquidity premiums and return profiles; experience with real assets or private credit is beneficial.
- Experience designing curricula, learning paths or training programs for adult or professional audiences, ideally in financial services.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and content development skills, able to translate complex investment concepts into clear, practical and engaging materials.
What we offer
- Salary range of $170,000 - $220,000 per year, with possible discretionary incentive compensation.
- Wellbeing leave, annual leave, parental leave and paid volunteer leave.
- Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) and other plans.
- Employee assistance program, learning and development opportunities and recognition awards.
- Hybrid and flexible working arrangements, with reimbursement for work-from-home equipment.
