Vice President / Senior Vice President, Data Insights

About the role

Precision is seeking a senior leader to head its Data & Analytics team, driving polling, message testing, social listening and AI‑powered insights for high‑impact clients in New York or Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and activate social listening, reputation monitoring and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Own large client engagements, manage budgets, and ensure high‑quality deliverables across monitoring, intelligence and insights mandates.
• Lead cross‑functional integration with communications, creative and paid media to deliver intelligence‑driven work.
• Define and evolve the firm’s intelligence strategy, innovation culture and future‑facing solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years in social listening, reputation monitoring, digital intelligence or related fields, preferably agency experience.
• Proven client‑management experience with large organizations and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Required skills

• Fluency with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Meltwater or Sprinklr.
• Experience with AI‑driven discovery tools and generative engine optimization (GEO) concepts.
