Senior Bilingual Paid Media Buyer

About the role

CEO Lawyer is seeking a senior bilingual Paid Media Buyer to lead and optimize paid search campaigns for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking audiences across the United States. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, improving campaign efficiency, and driving measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage and optimize paid search campaigns in English and Spanish on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, YouTube and remarketing platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, write conversion‑focused ad copy, manage bids, budgets, match types and negative keywords.
• Monitor daily performance, develop testing roadmaps for ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies and audiences, and continuously improve lead volume, cost per lead and return on ad spend.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking, attribution, reporting and documentation; collaborate with Marketing Operations and Compliance.
• Support paid social initiatives, primarily through Meta Ads Manager, and share insights across channels.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Spanish fluency with professional English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid search campaigns and delivering measurable lead‑generation results.
• Current residence in a Latin American or South American country with reliable overlap to U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
