The Associate Field Marketing Manager, Emerging supports franchisee networks in Alabama, acting as the regional expert on market dynamics, consumer trends, and Dunkin’ business opportunities. The role partners with operations, training, growth consultants, and analytics to drive demand and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchisees and serve as their local marketing coach.
• Identify local market shifts, consumer and competitive trends, and recommend marketing support.
• Provide boots‑on‑the‑ground support for key market moments, including program execution and PR.
• Champion Local Store Marketing tools, drive LSM strategy, and ensure franchisees have a full‑year plan.
• Collaborate with regional media and PR agencies to complement national marketing plans.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field.
• 3+ years experience in marketing, brand management, promotional agencies, or QSR operations.
• Experience working in a franchisee model and field‑based multi‑unit distribution systems.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of local store marketing tools such as Pricing Portal and LSM.
