Creator Community Coordinator

About the role

Trafilea is seeking a Creator Community Coordinator to grow and activate Shapermint's creator community. You will be responsible for turning creator relationships into an engaged, content‑driving community that fuels sales and brand growth across TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and activate the creator community, overseeing onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Manage creator communication on Discord, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
• Coordinate initiatives such as briefs, campaigns, contests, sampling, and educational activities.
• Track creator performance, content output, and retention while identifying high‑potential partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve community operations and drive sales.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in creator community management, influencer or affiliate marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing creator onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, creator culture, social media trends, and community engagement.
• Proactive, organized, execution‑oriented mindset with commercial awareness.
