Marketing Manager – Market Development Americas

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its Market Development Americas team. The role will support advisory, tax and audit priorities across the Americas, driving multi‑channel campaigns and ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional marketing leads, onshore teams and business stakeholders to execute multi‑channel campaigns aligned with firm priorities.
• Curate, update and maintain regional web pages and content repositories, ensuring SEO optimization, brand consistency and compliance with risk and legal policies.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to produce multimedia assets such as ESG podcasts for the Latin America region.
• Lead the creation and governance of client case studies, win stories and proof‑of‑experience assets, collaborating with partners and managing directors.
• Leverage generative AI tools for content drafting, transcription, translation and asset transformation, and report on regional campaign KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of recent integrated B2B marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred and ability to work across cultures.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Copilot.
• Experience using generative AI tools for content creation.
• Website development and content‑management system experience.
• Project‑management and vendor‑procurement platforms such as Coupa, Sentinel and Brand Store.
