Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Home Services

About the role

Otte Polo Group seeks a results‑driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager with direct experience in the Home Services industry. You will lead integrated marketing strategies across multiple service brands, driving qualified leads, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive multi‑channel marketing strategies for all Otte Polo brands.
• Identify growth opportunities, diagnose underperforming channels, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead paid media, SEO, content, email, and other digital acquisition efforts.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales goals, manage budgets, and allocate resources based on ROI.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team and oversee agencies and external partners.
• Track performance metrics (ROMI, ROAS, CAC, CPL) and report results to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years progressive marketing experience, including digital and performance marketing.
• 2+ years leading marketing teams or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Direct experience marketing Home Services (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, etc.) to U.S. consumers.
• Proven track record of generating revenue growth through data‑driven campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into business decisions.
