Vice President of Global Supply Chain

About the role

This is a senior executive opportunity with a private‑equity backed global MedTech company undergoing a major transformation. Reporting directly to the COO, you will shape and lead a resilient, customer‑centric global supply chain that supports rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end supply chain strategy across planning, logistics, distribution, fulfilment and network operations.
• Own the global SIOP process, integrating demand and supply planning, inventory strategy and executive decision‑making.
• Build KPI frameworks and drive operational discipline across the organization.
• Lead a high‑performing global team of ~30 professionals, including 5 direct reports.
• Champion technology‑enabled transformation, overseeing ERP, TMS, WMS and advanced analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in global supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or operations.
• Proven track record of supply chain transformation and operational improvement in complex, global businesses.
• Experience in private‑equity‑backed or high‑performance transformation environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Background in medical device, healthcare, life sciences or regulated manufacturing is a plus.
