About the role
The Vice President of Design and Construction will lead the end‑to‑end design and build‑out of new restaurant locations, driving rapid expansion while maintaining brand standards and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of design and construction for new restaurant projects, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through execution, coordinating architects, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality specifications and brand requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and construction professionals.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in project management, interior design and construction, especially restaurant build‑outs.
- Proven track record of designing and constructing 20‑30 restaurants per year.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for managing teams and stakeholder coordination.
- Deep understanding of restaurant design, planning and construction management.
