Associate, Facilities

About the role

The Associate, Facilities supports the maintenance, cleaning and inspection of Terumo Neuro's facilities, including cleanrooms and conference rooms. The role ensures work orders are completed promptly and that the environment meets safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning schedules in compliance with SOP 6.4 Environmental Control and maintain general facility schedules.
• Monitor inventory of cleanroom supplies, order replenishments, and execute facilities work orders.
• Carry out basic repairs such as changing lights, hanging pictures, and handling waste chemicals according to safety procedures.
• Document daily cleaning activities, receive deliveries, and report cleanroom issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0‑2 years of related experience.
• General knowledge of HVAC systems for facility and cleanroom operations.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a cleanroom environment, including gowning and hygiene requirements.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

Required skills

• HVAC system knowledge.
• Familiarity with SDS and chemical identification.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
