Consultant – Infrastructure and Resilience Strategy

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to join its Government & Public Services practice, focusing on sustainability, infrastructure modernization, capital projects, and real estate strategy for public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support client engagements on sustainability, infrastructure modernization, capital projects, and real‑estate strategy within the public sector.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including market research, benchmarking, financial/business case analysis, and operational assessments.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans for infrastructure and real‑estate transformation initiatives.
• Prepare client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate project workstreams, track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and support day‑to‑day project management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, engineering, environmental studies, real estate, urban planning, architecture, sustainability, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant consulting, public‑sector, infrastructure, real‑estate, sustainability, or program‑management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance and to travel 5‑25%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
