Vice President, Enterprise Order Management

About the role

The Vice President, Enterprise Order Management will define the enterprise vision, establish a global function and operating model, and lead a multi‑year transformation of Mastercard’s Order‑to‑Cash landscape. This executive will set strategy, governance and roadmap, aligning senior stakeholders across product, sales, technology, finance and legal.

Key responsibilities

• Create and scale a global Enterprise Order Management function, including governance, service model and performance measures.
• Own the enterprise EOM vision and multi‑year roadmap, translating strategy into investment priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Establish executive steering mechanisms for scope, funding, architecture and risk decisions.
• Define standards and engagement models to reduce bespoke solutions and improve consistency.
• Oversee the EOM platform ecosystem, integration with CRM, CPQ, billing, finance and analytics systems.

Required profile

• Significant senior leadership experience building or transforming enterprise capabilities in a global, matrixed organization.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Order Management and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Proven record establishing enterprise disciplines, governance and operating models across multiple businesses or regions.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Experience leading multi‑year transformation roadmaps and delivering measurable value.

Required skills

• Enterprise Order Management and Order‑to‑Cash domain knowledge.
• Platform strategy, architecture and integration expertise (cloud/on‑premise, APIs, event‑based integration).
