Senior Business Analyst

About the role

The Corporate Treasury team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and operational enablement of settlement services across Mastercard’s core network. The role partners with Treasury, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to analyze business requirements and drive project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support analysis, documentation, and implementation of enhancements to settlement services and Treasury capabilities.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, evaluate financial and operational impacts, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations to validate solutions and ensure successful implementation.
• Identify risks, process gaps, and operational impacts related to settlement services.
• Assist with project execution activities, including testing coordination and issue tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to document business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $96,000 to $163,000 USD per year.
