Director, Product Delivery

About the role

Lead the implementation of Mastercard Enterprise Gateway Solutions and Commercial/New Payment Flows across US markets, aligning delivery with customer needs and market dynamics while integrating AI and automation to accelerate time‑to‑market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic delivery relationships for existing and new products, services and technologies.
• Manage customer and internal project teams through solution development, market readiness, go‑to‑market efforts and post‑implementation reviews.
• Drive projects to meet success metrics, apply product delivery best practices and create process maps identifying assets, functions and responsibilities.
• Contribute to building delivery infrastructure, tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial services or treasury banking with payment processing and ecosystem knowledge.
• Proven ability to bridge business, product and technology, influence partners and lead change across functional levels.
• Strong customer and industry relationship management, resource prioritisation and risk‑taking leadership.
• Excellent communication skills for senior executive and functional audiences.
