Vice President – Commercial Banker, Emerging Middle Market

About the role

As a Vice President Commercial Banker in Emerging Middle Market Banking, you will be the primary point of contact for acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will work both independently and collaboratively to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to companies with annual revenues of $20 M‑$100 M.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency through automation and new technologies.
• Acquire new clients and manage ongoing relationships with CEOs and CFOs of emerging middle‑market firms.
• Grow and retain profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market segment.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of lending or credit support experience focused on business relationships.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships with senior executives, and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Deep local market knowledge and connections.
