Vice President, Brand Strategy

About the role

Razorfish Health (RFH), part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Vice President, Brand Strategy for its Strategy group in New York. The group develops insights-driven briefs and customer-centered marketing strategies and programs for RFH clients, using all channels to build brand experiences. The Strategist understands the target audience's interests, information sources, journey and decision drivers, working with account management, creative, project management and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Direct qualitative and quantitative market research and synthesize insights from research and other data sources
• Understand how customers use media and channels
• Create briefs and give input to program design and analytics
• Lead brand planning and other long-term planning efforts
• Contribute to new business pitches
• Support the development of the planning group, including guidelines and agency education

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, anthropology/sociology or psychology (preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience in healthcare marketing/planning
• Oncology experience strongly preferred; ideal: experience in the nutrition/wellness category
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Required skills

• Generating and applying both qualitative and quantitative research
• Strategic planning across audiences (HCP, patient, payer) and channels (in-person reps and conferences, social media, print, digital)
• Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills
• Teamwork across agency and network teams

What we offer

• Pay range of USD 129,485 to 207,324 per year, depending on skills and experience
