Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

Ajaia, a fast-growing AI consultancy and product studio, is hiring a fully remote Social Media Manager. You will own content execution across social media, short- and long-form video, podcast workflows, training content and visual design, and you will write platform-native content for LinkedIn, X and email while designing your own graphics, carousels and campaign visuals. The role is AI-forward: you will use AI daily for ideation, scripting, editing, design, repurposing and QA.

Key responsibilities

• Own social content operations from planning and creation through publishing and performance reporting
• Write platform-native content for LinkedIn, X and email newsletters
• Create original graphics, carousels and visual assets for social posts and marketing campaigns
• Turn reports, client work, product updates and company insights into multi-channel content
• Edit short- and long-form video and run podcast post-production, clips and distribution
• Produce and edit training and educational video for internal and client use
• Build reusable AI-assisted workflows for ideation, scripting, design, editing and repurposing
• Track content performance and hold the line on brand voice, visual quality and consistency

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in social content, content marketing, design, video editing or multi-channel content management
• Demonstrated ownership of content calendars, publishing workflows and deadlines
• Strong writing for LinkedIn, X and email newsletters
• Ability to create original social graphics, carousels and campaign visuals
• Experience editing short- and long-form video, including training or educational content
• Evidence of AI-native execution in daily content work
• Strong written communication and async habits on a remote team; able to manage multiple formats and priorities independently
• Portfolio required: examples of LinkedIn/X content, email/newsletter content, original graphics or carousels, and short- and long-form video editing
