Marketing Associate

About the role

Ajaia, an AI implementation consultancy and product studio, is hiring a Marketing Associate to run the channels that put Ajaia and its product suite in front of the people who make AI adoption decisions. The role owns the day-to-day of social accounts, helps launch and build the company's podcast, writes copy and keeps the weekly content calendar running. It is a creative seat for a strong writer who uses AI to make excellent work faster.

Key responsibilities

• Run the social accounts day to day: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X.
• Launch and build the podcast: find the format, help book guests, record, edit clips, write show notes and distribute.
• Write email and website copy that sounds human-written.
• Hold the weekly content calendar and keep content shipping.
• Support product launches with a content plan and pull weekly numbers and insights.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for repeatable tasks and keep the asset library organized with a consistent brand voice.

Required profile

• A strong writer with a distinct voice across formats; no marketing degree required.
• Comfortable creating and shipping your own content, writing, video or design.
• Organized enough to hold a weekly content cadence.
• Willingness to work on-site in New York.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Skilled with a video editing tool and a design tool.
• AI fluent: using AI daily to draft, cut and iterate content, and able to tell good work from AI-generated slop.
• Nice to have: experience launching a podcast, newsletter or show; B2B or enterprise writing; familiarity with marketing analytics tools; early-stage company experience.

What we offer

• Compensation of $70,000 to $100,000 base, plus a performance bonus of up to 100% of base salary.
