Vehicle Operator – Data Collection

About the role

Key Resource Group partners with a leading technology company to advance autonomous vehicle development. As a Vehicle Operator you will drive test vehicles in real‑world conditions, gathering data that directly influences cutting‑edge driving technology.

Key responsibilities

• Drive test vehicles for 4–8 hours daily on predefined routes while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and address any maintenance needs.
• Conduct basic software operations to support real‑time data collection.
• Accurately document observations, issues, and anomalies encountered during test runs.
• Collaborate with engineers by providing valuable feedback to enhance system performance.
• Assist with vehicle logistics, maintenance coordination, and storage.

Required profile

• Reside in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
• 1–2 years of professional driving experience.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
