About the role

The Trust Fund Program Specialist provides technical support and guidance to correctional staff while managing key inmate services such as the warehouse, laundry, trust fund operations, and telephone systems. This full‑time position supports a humane and secure environment for successful community re‑entry.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to subordinate staff members.
• Operate service functions including Warehouse, Laundry/Clothing Issue, Trust Fund management, and inmate telephone systems.
• Assist in managerial responsibilities for inmate services and ensure institutional security.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and CTAP eligibility.
• Specialized experience or equivalent education meeting qualification requirements.
• Maximum entry age of 36 for initial appointment and completion of required training.

Required skills

• Ability to interpret and apply policy and guidelines.
• Proficiency with personal computer use.
• Supervisory and work‑direction capabilities.
