Truck Driver – Home Daily – CDL A

About the role

Join XPO as a Home Daily Truck Driver operating Class A tractor‑trailers. You will transport hazardous and non‑hazardous loads while returning home each night, enjoying a stable schedule and competitive pay.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor‑trailer combination, including doubles and triples, for up to 11 consecutive hours.
• Provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads during deliveries.
• Load and unload freight, handling objects up to 75 lb and operating a converter dolly.
• Operate a forklift and other heavy equipment as needed.

Required profile

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain hazardous‑materials, tank‑vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days.
• Pass a DOT drug test and hold a current DOT Medical Certification.
• Flexibility to work 12‑14 hour shifts, including nights and weekends.

Required skills

• Class A CDL operation.
• Forklift operation experience (preferred).
