Warehouse Worker

About the role

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving, processing, and storing incoming products while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. This role supports order preparation, inventory control, and ensures compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming products, label items accurately, and reconcile deliveries with invoices.
• Store products in assigned locations using FIFO controls for perishable items.
• Operate manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and forklifts as required.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders, follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse or to client locations using carts, PIVs, or motor vehicles.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts and complete related documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, restrooms, break areas, and loading zones.
• Follow OSHA, SDS, and emergency procedures, using required PPE.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues regarding business activities.

Required profile

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb frequently and 35 lb regularly.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for some locations.
