About the role
The firm is seeking a full‑time Michigan‑licensed attorney with 3‑5 years of medical malpractice litigation experience to support its trial lawyers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
- Assist trial lawyers with case preparation, including writing and filing complaints.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of medical malpractice litigation and trial experience.
- J.D. from an ABA‑approved law school and active Michigan Bar membership.
- Strong professional judgment, work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively with support staff.
Required skills
- Impeccable legal research and writing abilities.
- Experience with motion practice in medical malpractice cases.
