About the role
This Treasury internship supports market risk and capital structure functions, offering hands‑on experience with Constellation’s Treasury operations and exposure to cash management, debt capital markets, and market risk analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Assist cash management team in process improvement and reporting using AI, macros, and other technologies.
- Support debt capital markets activities such as share repurchase strategy, interest‑rate hedging, and macroeconomic analysis.
- Coordinate data collection and analysis for rate guidance and market risk strategy.
- Use Bloomberg for market data research, risk analysis, and efficiency improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree candidate in Finance or Economics.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and a growth‑mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg (preferred).
