Travel Specialist – Remote Travel Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Travel Specialists to join our remote team as Travel Coordinators. In this role you will help clients design memorable vacations while working from anywhere, receiving comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture travel preferences, budgets, and goals.
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and transportation options.
• Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transport, excursions, and travel protection.
• Create customized itineraries and provide detailed travel information.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure reservations are completed correctly.
• Stay updated on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination news.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Participate in training sessions, supplier webinars, and team development activities.
