Trustaff is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical‑Surgical care for a 13‑week travel assignment in Tyler, Texas. The position starts on 15 June 2026 and offers a competitive weekly pay of $1,732. You will work 12‑hour day shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, providing comprehensive care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult patients in a medical‑surgical unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Educate patients and families about post‑operative care and discharge instructions.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain licensure before start date).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical‑surgical setting.
• Strong clinical background with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to commit to a 13‑week travel assignment.
