About the role

Medical Solutions is looking for a Travel Registered Nurse specialized in Medical‑Surgical care to work a 13‑week assignment in Palestine, Texas. The position offers 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, providing high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical‑surgical patients, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and discharge instructions.

Required profile

• Current RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain temporary licensure).
• Experience in medical‑surgical nursing preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts and travel for the assignment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
