Transportation Specialist – Portuguese (Central Operations)

About the role

The Transportation Specialist – Portuguese works within Amazon's Central Operations Network Operations Center (NOC). The team ensures smooth transportation execution across multiple geographies, handling pick‑up and delivery exceptions, and driving process improvements for the LATAM and AMET regions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for route planning, scheduling, and payments for last‑mile stations.
• Resolve customer escalations and communicate updates to internal stakeholders (CS, MM, LM, FC, Trans Program, HR).
• Analyze historic data, identify trends, and propose automation or process changes.
• Improve visibility tools and data granularity for internal and external partners.
• Develop and implement SOPs, ensuring ownership of issues and proactive problem resolution.
• Collaborate with remote and local management teams to drive scalable solutions.
