Transportation Driver – Healthcare Facility

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Transportation Driver to safely move residents of Greenville Post Acute to medical appointments, outings, and other approved activities. The role combines vehicle operation with compassionate patient handling in a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading and unloading from facility‑approved vehicles.
• Transport residents to scheduled appointments and activities, ensuring punctuality and safety.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of vehicles to present a positive community image.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and arrange routine services such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass drug screening and background check.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents up to 75 lb independently.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule when appointments run late.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GPS navigation and local road knowledge.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
