Training Support Technician I – 1st Shift

About the role

The Training Support Technician I works the 1st shift (6:30 am – 3:00 pm) under supervision to maintain and repair fire training props and handle minor building maintenance requests at the Emergency Services Training Institute.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on fire field training props.
• Address minor building maintenance and repair requests.
• Support other programs as needed and report to the Maintenance Foreman.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent associate/bachelor degree).
• At least one year of maintenance experience in basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or related trades.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
