Track & Trace Specialist (Logistics Coordinator)

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Track & Trace Specialist to join its logistics team and support U.S.-based transportation operations. The role focuses on real‑time shipment monitoring, ensuring full visibility and smooth execution of freight movements in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update the status of shipments using tracking systems.
• Communicate shipment information and any issues to internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate records to provide end‑to‑end visibility of logistics operations.
• Collaborate with the transportation team to optimise routing and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in track & trace or shipment tracking.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, on‑site work environment.
