Tour Sales & Services Manager

About the role

The Tour Sales & Services Manager leads cruise line relationships, tour sales, logistics, dock, and transportation operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue and volume targets.
• Design, test, and launch new shore excursions aligned with guest demographics and strategic preferences.
• Lead partner contract negotiations and maintain high‑quality service delivery.
• Provide high‑level management and coordination for sales, logistics, dock operations, and transportation departments.
• Recruit, hire, manage, and schedule the Dock Representative team.
• Utilize customer feedback and operational data to refine offerings and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage department budgets, track performance metrics, and develop pricing models.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in tour sales, logistics, or related hospitality operations.
• Strong ability to mentor, train, and support direct reports.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, operations, HR, and finance teams.
• Excellent communication skills for representing the company at events and with partners.
