Tire Sales Specialist – Full-time

About the role

Join Telle Tire & Auto Centers as a Tire Sales Specialist, providing expert guidance to customers while enjoying weekends off. This full‑time position focuses on delivering exceptional service and driving sales in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers to assess tire needs, measure tread depth, and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain inventory control, schedule service department activities, and order parts.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments to ensure timely availability.
• Review technician inspection reports, manage technician time, and communicate vehicle status to customers.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette and handle customer inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Extensive tire product knowledge and proven sales ability.
• Experience with general vehicle maintenance and automotive service processes.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems for sales and check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Inventory control and parts ordering expertise.
• In‑depth tire product knowledge.
• Understanding of automotive service procedures.
