Sales Representative - Moving Services

About the role

Roadway Moving, founded in 2008, is looking for a hands-on, energetic Sales Representative with a solution-oriented approach to selling and strong expertise in a CRM including analytics. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, collaborates with subject matter experts and has a genuine passion for driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide moving quotes to prospective clients moving locally, storing goods, long distance or internationally.
• Upsell moving services such as packing, unpacking, carpentry and others.
• Follow up with clients on a quote and close the deal.

Required profile

• 2 years of sales experience; moving industry experience highly preferable.
• Time management, efficiency, multitasking and prioritisation.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle complex variables.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful customer-service attitude.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• CRM with analytics.
