Assistant Store Manager (PM) - Evenings & Weekends

About the role

The Assistant Manager (PM) - Evenings & Weekends provides leadership and oversight of evening and weekend store operations. As the primary manager on duty during evening shifts and weekends, the role supervises associates and maintains operational standards while working closely with the Store Leader and Assistant Store Manager. Overall store accountability remains with the Store Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned evening and weekend shifts
• Provide leadership to assigned team members and monitor their performance
• Ensure store policies, safety standards and cash handling procedures are followed
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising
• Handle store closing

Required profile

• Two years of retail experience; previous supervisory, lead or management experience preferred
• Ability to work with minimal direction and independently or as part of a team
• Excellent leadership, written and oral communication and organizational skills
• Must pass the Wewinabi Non-Gaming Suitability Standards background check
• Driver's license required
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a low-to-moderate noise environment

Required skills

• Working knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management and customer service principles preferred
• Mathematical ability: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with whole numbers, percentages, fractions and decimals
• Reasoning ability to interpret technical instructions and solve problems
